Research Collaborations

RegeneRx has approximately fifteen current research collaborations spanning multiple disease areas. These collaborations, typically under Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) with universities, hospitals, and medical research institutions worldwide, are important to RegeneRx's basic research efforts.  Under most MTAs, the research supports current Company intellectual property.  In some cases, however, new discoveries are made and in such cases the Company typically has the right to exclusively license any new patents that might result.
