RegeneRx

Our mission is to accelerate the healing of acute and chronic wounds caused by disease, injury or other pathologies.

Clinical Trials

In 2005, RegeneRx received permission from the FDA to conduct its first of three dermal Phase II clinical trials, two of which are being conducted in the U.S. and one in Europe through our partner Sigma-Tau. Previously, we successfully completed a Phase I clinical trial in humans showing that Tß4 was well tolerated and showed no toxicity.

In 2007, RegeneRx received permission from the FDA to conduct two additional clinical trials: a Phase II trial targeting repair of the cornea (outer surface of the eye) in post-surgical diabetic patients, and a Phase IA trial with our parenteral formulation in support of a Phase II acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) study.

To view a listing of our ongoing clinical trials in the U.S., click on the following link: http://www.clinicaltrials.gov, then enter RegeneRx in the search field. Please note that not all of our active clinical trials may be listed; however, the website is updated periodically.
