RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX:RGN), today announced that it will report fourth quarter and year end 2005 results before the market opens on Friday, March 31, 2006. The company will also conduct a conference call the same day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results and its outlook for 2006.

The conference call will be accessible by telephone and through the Internet. Interested individuals are invited to access the call by dialing 800-289-0494.
